Contracts Administrator (Owings Mills, MD)
The Contracts Administrator (CA) will provide a full range of contract administration services in support of a global procurement function. The CA performs comprehensive contract management and maintains contract repository data integrity in support of critical business decisions. Assists with contract negotiations for a small number of standard contracts. Contracts are typically noncomplex and composed of standard elements. May support portions of more complex contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with and strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and practices; CLM “super user” or implementation experience helpful
Comprehensive knowledge of business contracts terms, and ability to interpret legal and business terms and clauses across contract types, including non-disclosure agreements, events management agreements, etc.
2+ years hands-on contract management experience, working with contract redlining, and familiarity with contracting processes
2+ years strong technical skills that can be directly applied to managing various document types in Contract Lifecycle Management systems or Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems
Strong business insight and judgment on maintaining contract integrity and CLM governance and controls
