Alderson Loop Named to Baltimore Sun’s Top Workplaces 2020 List!

Dec 1, 2020 - Alderson Loop is proud to announce that we have been named to The Baltimore Sun’s Top Workplaces 2020 list! While this recognition comes from The Baltimore Sun, it is a reflection of our employees, environment, and the culture we strive to cultivate here at ALoop.

After being nominated, The Baltimore Sun partners with Energage to send anonymous surveys to the employees of all those nominated- this year over 15,000 employees in the Baltimore area took part in the polling. The survey consists of 24 questions regarding workplace culture: alignment, coching, connection, engagement, leadership, performance, and “the basics.” Upon return, the organizations with the top results are named to the list!

In terms of our company culture, we are so glad that it continues to cultivate a healthy work environment for our employees. This is attributed not only to our staff and their commitment to our common goal, but our core values that impact our everyday decision making. Honesty, integrity, kindress, responsiveness, and resiliency.

This is Alderson Loop’s first time being recognized on such list, and hopes to see everyone back again next year!
