Systems Analyst (Chevy Chase, MD)

Alderson Loop is looking for a Systems Analyst. This person is responsible for translating business requirements into system requirements, writing Test Plans, and updating system documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) software (ex. ExStream or Smartcom)

  • 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering in an Enterprise environment

  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle

  • Experience with Exchange and implementations

  • Management experience
