Call Center Representative (Owings Mills, MD)

Alderson Loop is looking for a call center/customer service specialist to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Responsibilities include resolving customers’ service or billing complaints, contacting customers to respond to inquiries, referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation, and recording customer interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
