Digital Production Designer (Owings Mills, MD)

The Digital Production Designer is accountable for the publishing and editing of content to the digital platform and responsible for providing systematic and consultative digital production services that support editorial and business requirements. 

Day-to-day:

Preparing content for web consumption by authoring content components in the web content management system. Basic desktop publishing and production/design skills required (low to medium complexity content layout) for ad hoc team-related content production and any digitally related customization of content components. 

Best candidates will have: Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with web content management systems.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of applicable web and/or design experience minimum

• Minimum of two years of demonstrable production/design experience (layout production, print design, etc.) 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

• Strong knowledge of major design applications including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop) 

• Proficient in both MAC and PC environments 

• Content management, Digital marketing, online marketing, project management, digital campaign experience – any a plus
