Traffic Specialist (Owings Mills, MD)

We are seeking a Traffic Specialist, junior level candidate preferably with traffic management experience in a fast-paced environment. The candidate supporting this position will be detail oriented, resourceful, capable of managing tough deadlines, able to multitask and prioritize, proficient with corporate PC applications and workflow management software. 

Requirements:

• Previous Agency experience, Adobe CS, Project Management Skill.

• The ability to prioritize tasks in the request management system (supporting compliance and communication).

• Internal training will be provided along with training on proprietary systems, however the following candidate experience is required to be considered for the role: previous agency experience (2 years minimum traffic management).

• While a degree/experience in project management isn't required, this skill would be highly preferred for this position.

Day-to-day:

• Complete assigned tasks and check the statuses of outstanding tasks assigned and due for the day

• Determine if there are any roadblocks - Communicate any issues with leadership.

• Exercise clear communication with various cross-functional partners, clarifying requirements, managing resources, schedules and expectations (should be very agile with change management)
