Alderson Loop is looking for a Change Management Consultant to design and manage a communications program that supports transformation initiatives. These include initiatives aimed at modernizing our software engineering practices, simplifying our technology estate, upskilling our IT talent pool, and improving the quality and value of our data. We are looking to support the business by hiring a Change Communications consultant to work closely with the management team to craft an overall communications strategy, as well as communication plans for its multiple initiatives. This includes conducting audience analyses, crafting key messages, authoring content and broadcasting it via a range of internal channels (e.g., email, social media, town halls, management forums, webinars, etc.).
Prior experience in business technology communication roles and be able to provide laser focus on deliverables and meeting tight deadlines
Experience with writing and executing change management communications to stakeholders and program sponsors for technology teams
Strong consultative skills, capable of assessing the organizational impact of large-scale IT change programs, and designing communications strategies to support them
Proven project management experience and the ability to prioritize and multi-task while also meeting deadlines
Prior experience working in a technology organization, preferably within financial services
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
