Contracts Administrator (Owings Mills, MD)

Alderson Loop is looking for a Contracts Administrator that will coordinate and review the formulation and finalization of contracts as required in coordination with management and Legal staff. They will ensure compliance of appropriate regulations and research/prepare analysis as required. The resource will handle service requests/tickets (variety) routing to procurement team and assisting with triage, decision-making, appropriate routing, communication, and owning procurement related tasks through resolution. The resource must be self-motivated, works independently, intellectually curious about process improvement, strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinker with the ability to ask questions when necessary. 


  • 4-year degree in an applicable course of study. 

  • Previous procurement (non-government) experience is preferred (1 or more years).

  • Working knowledge of P2P process. 

  • Previous experience with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel 2 or more years). 

  • Previous experience with Procurement technology (preferably Coupa). 

  • Customer service oriented 

  • Effective written communication skills 

  • Familiarity with and ability to follow policy and procedures and routing schemes.
