Salesforce BA Admin (Owings Mills, MD)

Alderson Loop is looking for a Salesforce business analyst admin that will be responsible for gathering requirements, writing user stories and accepting criteria, facilitating sessions with business users, and documenting process flows using a format such as Visio. They will also be responsible for supporting the Salesforce Product Team across all distribution channels.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of BA / Salesforce Administration experience 

  • Agile experience

  • Experience working on a Scrum team

  • Strong understanding of process flows and ability to drive business conversations with all levels of business stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Admin certification

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
