Vendor Management Coordinator (Owings Mills, MD)

This position will be responsible for conducting a vendor gap analysis on a recurring basis to conduct a thorough review which assesses residual risk based on the vendor controls, policies, and procedures in accordance with the client's vendor management standards. This person should be able to ensure that a vendor maintains adequate/not adequate controls.

Scorecard: Implement and maintained vendor scorecard to measure performance of vendors with an emphasis on Time, Quality, Support and Compliance improving overall performance.

Governance: Monitored performance of Tier 1 vendors through established governance structure that included monthly service level, contract change, issue management, and financial reviews, as well as quarterly executive meetings to ensure customer expectations were met or exceeded.

Contracts: Participate in and lead contract negotiations with vendors (i.e. renegotiations extensions terminations and new business).
