The Informatica Production Support role is a combination of handling production issues (urgent, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying root cause, developing solution to address); engagement with development partners (GBS) on new development – preparing for transition to our team; mandatory upgrades, testing efforts, analysis of impacts; process improvements – analysis, development, testing, deployment.
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Informatica/ETL – intermediate skill level
- DB Visualizer (SQL and Relational Database Concepts and Design)
- AutoSys basic knowledge
- Mainframe/COBOL - basic knowledge
- Windows Operating Systems - basic to intermediate knowledge
- Unix – shell scripting
