Salesforce Administrator (Colorado or Maryland)

  • Review technical issues/reported errors with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud 
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to remedy errors and devise/deploy approach for resolution 
  • Ensure feed from HCM is populating Salesforce correctly 
  • Build functionalities in a sandbox with Visualforce or Apex as needed 
  • Review Salesforce releases and conduct impact analysis and prepare for implementation of release
  • Develop dashboards and reports with HR colleagues


  • Experience in administrating and configuring Salesforce Employee Communities and Service Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Knowledge Base, Metrics, Dashboards and service management
  • Certification as Administrator (ADM-201) or Advanced Administrator (ADM-211 or ADM-301). Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 credential is preferred but not required.
  • Experience implementing small to medium configuration changes
  • Development knowledge/abilities in Object Oriented Programming and proprietary languages (Visualforce, Apex). Knowledge of non-SFDC languages such as Javascript, Python, Java, C# or AWS is preferred but not required.
