The retirement plan Tester performs required annual ADP, ACP, 402(g), 415(c) and 410(b) nondiscrimination testing in accordance with IRS regulations, within designated turnaround times. This candidate is responsible for performing data validation (data scrub) process in anticipation of non discrimination testing and will assist with reviewing, updating plan levels/procedures based on plan documents, and sending testing results directly to the plan sponsors.
(Focus in data scrub, however if the candidate has extensive testing skills/background - this would be helpful as they may be asked to perform nondiscrimination testing.)
Compliance Related Certifications (ie: QPA) nice to have
At least 5 years of work experience in the compliance field
Experience in data scrubbing
Expert on ERISA
