Alderson Loop is looking for a Desktop Support Technician that provides Tier 2 incident and problem management, diagnosis, escalation, tracking, and resolution for Windows 10 system under the direction of the Windows 10 technical lead.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role performing Windows IT customer support in a medium to large sized managed services environment
- 5+ years experience of Windows OS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows 10
