Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to support a variety of users in a large managed services environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a Windows 10 environment and be versed in the following:
- Windows OS administration, support, and troubleshooting
- Supporting ticket resolution and diagnosis at the Tier 2 level or higher
- Understanding of Internet protocols like DNS, TCP/IP etc.
- MCP and/or MCSA certifications preferred
