Desktop Support (Owings Mills, MD)
Alderson Loop is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to troubleshoot software issues within an enterprise environment. Daily will be resolving issues virtually or in-person. At one time you will be managing 25-30 tickets within ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
Troubleshooting experience
Strong customer support background
Scripting experience is nice to have (PowerShell)
Be able to resolve MAC issues
Background working with Microsoft and WebEx products
