Project Assistant / Admin (Owings Mills, MD)
In this position, the Project Assistant will require a high energy level, is outgoing, proactive, and works independently supporting Foundations and Program for Charitable Giving. The Project Assistant performs regular work assignments involving responsibility to act independently and making significant decisions frequently. This individual acts as the “right hand” resource to the President for coordination of calendars, events and hectic schedules. The admin will assist in gathering, researching and creating or editing materials for meetings. They submit expense reports in a timely manner and coordinate both domestic and global travel.
Qualifications :
Must have a background with Outlook calendar/schedule maintenance
Ideally a background in coordinating global and domestic travel arrangements
Background in working with charities and non-profits
Experience working with PowerPoint, Adobe, and other graphic skills
