Sr. Risk Analyst (Owings Mills, MD)

Alderson Loop is looking for a Sr. Risk Analyst that will support performance of supplier due diligence/risk assessments by: soliciting updated information on status of supplier engagements from business unit stakeholders; updating system data to reflect current status; ensuring that records are internally consistent by applying provided criteria; and by reconciling system data with reports from other, related systems. The position is likely also to support the inherent risk evaluation / supplier tiering process by soliciting additional information from business unit stakeholders and creating and distributing risk assessment templates for use by risk assessors. 

Qualifications: 

• Position may evolve into conducting initial due diligence/risk assessments on assigned suppliers by evaluating the adequacy of the suppliers’risk controls

• Assessing the adequacy of the evidence provided for the existence and operation of those controls

• Recommending options to mitigate undesirable risks

• Documenting and tracking risk response to the closure
