Computer Operator (Owings Mills, MD)

Alderson Loop is looking for an operations triage specialist that will be responsible for daily computer systems operations, running programs online, and monitoring computer systems for problems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience monitoring computer systems and running jobs

  • Experience running automation scripts

  • Hardware and software troubleshooting experience

  • Experience working in a Data Center or NOC environment

  • Excellent customer service skills

 

Preferred:

  • AWS knowledge and skills

  • Experience using Spectrum, Autosys, and Unix Commands
