Financial Change Project Manager (Baltimore, MD)

Alderson Loop is looking for a project manager that will be responsible for the management and execution of multiple work streams of moderate to high complexity. This person will be responsible for interacting with sponsors and stakeholders, driving the daily activities of team members, and utilizing organizational change management techniques.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience

  • 3-5 years of Change Management experience

  • Ability to translate and simplify complex business and technical concepts 

  • Experience managing projects in a matrix environment

  • Understanding of business strategies and reinforcement strategies

Preferred:

  • Experience managing large/complex projects

  • Strong client relationship management skills
