Desktop Technician II (Owings Mills, MD)

Alderson Loop is looking for a Desktop Technician to be responsible for the configuration of enterprise hardware, operating system, and business applications. The technician will also maintain an inventory of installed software, manage software licensing, create policies for upgrades, and implement complex desktop configurations and installations across the entire enterprise.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 yrs experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field

• Excellent problem-solver
