Technical Support Engineer II (Hunt Valley, MD)

Alderson Loop is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. This person is responsible for maintaining functionality and maintenance of computing and phone equipment. They will also support internal employees as technical needs arise. They will be supporting the Network Engineering team.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support in a Windows Operating System (XP/7/8).

  • Experience working in desktop virtualization concepts and Active Directory account maintenance.

  • Experience in Apple OS X operating system maintenance and support.

  • Experience supporting a Network Engineering team with assigned projects delivered on time and in budget.

  • Ability to mentor the Technical Support Engineering team.
