Budget Analyst (Owings Mills, MD)
Looking for a HR Budget Analyst to assist with effective budget planning and execution. Day-to-day activities will include: first line of support to COE Budget Managers & Admins for Coupa training and purchase requisition creation, budget and invoice questions, etc.; invoices & reclasses; monthly accruals; budget analysis to include review of spend by GL account, project code, vendor, etc.; support the preparation of reforecast adjustments and development of trackers, briefings, and reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five (3-5) years of progressive professional experience within a corporate or government setting.
Proven experience as a budget analyst to include an understanding of budget planning/forecasting, expenditure tracking, spend analysis and reporting, and invoicing.
Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
Experience in the HR field.
Experience working with Coupa.
