Telecom Engineer (Hunt Valley, MD)

Alderson Loop is looking for a Telecom Engineer. This person is responsible for technical upkeep, increasing efficiency and vendor management. They will be an expert in Mitel phone systems and have experience managing networks and voice circuits.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of expertise in Mitel Systems including PBX and IVR.
  • Experience in implementation and maintenance of call centers

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in Cisco
