Salesforce Administrator (Colorado or Maryland)
Responsibilities:
- Review technical issues/reported errors with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud
- Conduct root-cause analysis to remedy errors and devise/deploy approach for resolution
- Ensure feed from HCM is populating Salesforce correctly
- Build functionalities in a sandbox with Visualforce or Apex as needed
- Review Salesforce releases and conduct impact analysis and prepare for implementation of release
- Develop dashboards and reports with HR colleagues
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrating and configuring Salesforce Employee Communities and Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Knowledge Base, Metrics, Dashboards and service management
- Certification as Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or Advanced Administrator (ADM-211 or ADM-301). Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 credential is preferred but not required.
- Experience implementing small to medium configuration changes
- Development knowledge/abilities in Object Oriented Programming and proprietary Force.com languages (Visualforce, Apex). Knowledge of non-SFDC languages such as Javascript, Python, Java, C# or AWS is preferred but not required.
