Purchasing Specialist (Owings Mills, MD)

Alderson Loop is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to assist in the management of day-to-day procurement activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Management of the firm's wireless devices and accounts

  • Obtaining quotes for goods and services from vendors

  • Daily review of order requests in our purchasing system

  • Creating reports from purchasing data

  • Providing exemplary customer service to internal customers

  • Reconciling invoices and resolving any vendor billing issues

  • Working closely to register and train our vendors on our ordering and invoicing tool

  • Documenting new processes in training and reference materials

  • Managing the firm's corporate publication subscriptions.
