Alderson Loop is looking for a Technical Support Engineer that will maintain the reliability and functionality of computing and telephony equipment and provides technical support to employees.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of Technical Support Experience

  • Expertise in maintaining and operating a Windows operating system (Windows XP/7/8)

  • Demonstrated skillset in basic Active Directory account maintenance and setting up workstations
